Year 5 Hampton Court Palace Trip

Year 5 immersed themselves in Tudor history by visiting Hampton Court Palace. The children spent time discovering the kitchens, galleries, gardens, chapel and the clock court. The children all took part in a route based workshop with a costumed presenter, learning about the real-life jobs children did at the Tudor Court and the notions of heriarchy and status and how these are reflected by the architectural features and furnishings of the palace.
