At Cleves we offer a huge range of extra curricular activities before, during and after school.
Some of these are run by teachers and some by external companies.
Our Clubs brochure which is distributed on a termly basis should give you all of the information you need including the dates the club runs, timings and cost if applicable.

Signing up and paying for clubs
Most clubs run by Cleves staff do not cost anything - although some may attract a small charge for materials e.g. craft club.
However all clubs run by external providers will attract a charge and will need prompt payment in advance and the completion of a form. The form will give you instructions on how to make the payment and where to send it - please read this carefully.

Wet Weather Policy
After school clubs will take place weather permitting. Our wet weather policy for all NON PAYING clubs is that a decision is made at 2.30pm on the day as to whether the club can go ahead.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE SCHOOL BEFORE THIS TIME AS A DECISION WILL NOT HAVE BEEN MADE .If you are in any doubt after this time, please do not hesitate to call.
Children are not permitted to make calls from the school to arrange for you to pick them up early as the office and phones must be kept clear. They will instead be supervised in a classroom until you collect them.
All fee paying clubs will run regardless of weather conditions.
